Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

An HRA is designed to pair with a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The benefits of having an HRA include:

• Contributions from the Village of Frankfort for your deductible expenses.
• Employer contributions are not taxable or counted as income.

Your HRA may only be used to expense medical care received by you and/or your dependents covered by the medical plan. HRA coverage must be in effect at the time the expense is incurred.
